Supported by a worldwide network of VAM Services accessory
and repair shops that are strategically situated near all
major oil and gas centers, VAM Drilling ensures there is always
a reliable and readily available licensed facility to cut
VAM proprietary connections. |

In cooperation with the VAM Drilling marketing
& technical support departments, assists in providing
on-site technical support, quality procedures, dispatch of documentation
and gauges and regular audits to ensure that VAM Drilling products
are manufactured at a consistent quality level around the world.
Field service
VAM Drilling, in close coordination with
(VAM FSI), provides a world-wide field support network through service
centers in Aberdeen and Great Yarmouth in the United Kingdom, Abu
Dhabi and Oman in the Middle East, the United States, Singapore,
Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
VAM Drilling approved and qualified field service engineers are
available in strategically situated centers around the world and
are available at a moment’s notice no matter where the region
of interest.
Field Service engineers are available to offer customer support
and provide a full range of services including:
- Running and handling procedures
- Break-in guidelines
- Connection inspection
- Performance analysis/trouble-shooting
- On-site training of rig crews
