The purpose of the site is to provide you with institutional details about the Vallourec group. The site is the property of Vallourec, a French Société Anonyme with a Management Board and a Supervisory Board, with capital of 212,047,480 €, registered as n° 552 142 200 at the Nanterre Company Register, Siret 552 142 200 00 765, whose headquarters are located : 27 Av du Gal Leclerc, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt France. Henri Redig is in charge of External Communications.

General warning
Vallourec shall not be held liable for damages resulting from site access or use, including any deterioration or virus that may impact on your computer hardware or other property.

Rights of ownership and brands
All the items presented on the site are copyrighted. The site cannot be used, distributed, or reproduced, in whole or in part, without Vallourec's prior written approval. All trademarks and logos included in the site are the property of Vallourec, and their use is subject to prior approval.

Picture rights
